OIT HelpDesk

Welcome to the IT Help Desk Web site. The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for many IT applications and services at Meharry Medical College. We use the Help Desk Request System to track Help Requests and to route problems to the appropriate IT support groups when necessary. We strive to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner.

Contacting the HelpDesk

There are multiple ways to get technical assistance from the IT HelpDesk:

  1. Call the OIT Telephone HelpDesk at (615) 327-6231 or on campus ext. 4357 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  2. Visit IT Walk-In Help Desk Support in the Computer Center for Face-to-Face IT Support Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  3. Submit a Help Request via the Web by clicking here.

  4. Research your problem online using the IT Help Desk Web Knowledgebase
